HALO is a bonding-curve launchpad on BNB Smart Chain. Every mint comes with an autonomous AI mind and a dedicated treasury. You launch from your wallet; in that same transaction, creator fees lock permanently to HALO.
HALO claims those fees, books them per coin, and hands each mind model credits plus an investment purse. The mind decides what to do next. The launcher does not steer it.
